01 — Our promise

We collect the minimum data needed to confirm your booking and reach you when something changes. We don't sell your data, we don't run third-party ad networks, and we don't email you unless you opted in.

02 — What we collect

When you book through Orchao we collect:

• Your name, email, and (optional) WhatsApp number.
• Your payment method, processed by PhaJay — our local Lao payment gateway. Card numbers are never stored on Orchao servers.
• Your booking details, including the supplier you booked, the date, and the price.
• Your IP address and basic device info, used to detect fraud and ensure account safety.

03 — Who we share data with

• Your supplier — so they know who's coming, what you booked, and how to reach you the day of.
• PhaJay — to process the payment.
• Lao tax authorities — when required by law.

Nobody else. We don't sell traveler data, we don't share it with marketing networks, and we don't run pixel trackers from ad platforms.

05 — Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct anything that's wrong, or ask us to delete your account. Email privacy@orchao.com and we'll respond within 7 days.
