Before you book.
How do I pay?
A small deposit confirms your booking. The balance is paid to Khamphan on the day — in cash or by transfer.
Can I cancel?
Free cancellation up to a few days before. After that, you forfeit only the deposit — the balance is always refunded.
How do I reach my guide?
Khamphan will message you on WhatsApp the day before to confirm pickup and meeting.
What if the weather is bad?
If the weather makes the experience unsafe, your guide will reschedule or you'll get a full refund — your choice.
